Sunday: Dry-rubbed flank steak with basil butter for lunch; Ham and mashed potatoes for dinner
Monday: Pierogi casserole w/salad
Tuesday: TBD
Wednesday: Bourbon chicken over rice
Thursday: Fish tacos
Friday: BBQ chicken pizza

I’ll also be making these hamburger buns (we’ll have ham sandwiches for lunches) and these cookies!
